About the job :

Senior Siebel CRM Developer :

Objectives of the Position :

Developer is responsible for establishing a governance system for all projects, directing activities pertaining to projects, leading/supporting PMO activities for projects and supporting Management in chartering or sponsoring projects in their areas of responsibility.

- To support these activities, they will also develop and implement a standardized risk framework & risk register format with the aim of assessing and mitigating risks to all projects.

Main Tasks

- Must have at-least 9 years of experience in Siebel CRM development with Siebel IP 19 or later versions.

- Should have clear understanding of latest Siebel Architecture, Workspace management and deployments.

- Must have telecom domain experience.

Good to have clear understanding of Mobile Voice/Broadband plans, fiber lines and other telecom products.

- Must have implemented & customized Siebel Customer Management, Order Management and Service Request Management modules.

- Must be an expert in Siebel EAI techniques like Web Services and JMS Queues.

- Must have implemented Siebel REST Web Services.

- Must have worked on VBC, EBC, EAI Siebel Adapter, IO's and Datamaps.

- Must have Siebel Order Management experience including RCOIS.

- Should have worked on RSTT and Variable maps.

- Should have sound Siebel Products & Pricing understanding & experience.

- Must be an expert in Siebel Configuration, Scripting & Workflows (CSW).

- Good to have hands-on experience with Siebel Approval, Email response and XSL transformation.

- Must be good at SQL and shell scripting.

- Good to have Open UI hands-on experience.

- Must be aware of Siebel CRM best practices.

- Should be able to guide and mentor fellow team members.

- Prepare and review Siebel CRM LLD.

- Provide apt estimates.

- Support and resolve critical/complex issues

- Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; master's degree will be an advantage

- At least 9 years of experience in Siebel CRM development

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - extending to external parties.

- Experience in the development and/or implementation of management frameworks, and relevant ISO/international standards

- Proven track record in Change Management and Business Transformations

- Experience in governance process & documentation in both public and private sectors

- Experience in development and/or implementation of risk frameworks, including risk registers, risk matrices and risk identification/mitigation

- Project experience in the technology sector.

- Experience specifically in IT solutions will be an advantage

- Broad understanding of finance, Project and IT terminology

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.

- Corporate communications experience will be an advantage
