Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Siebel Admin Developer with 7 - 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).


As a Senior Siebel Admin Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Siebel Application Development : Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Configuration : Configure Siebel applications to meet business requirements, including configuring business components, applets, views, and workflows.

- Scripting : Develop and maintain Siebel eScript and Siebel VB scripts to implement business logic and customize Siebel behavior as needed.

- Integration : Implement Siebel EAI solutions to integrate Siebel applications with other enterprise systems, including data mapping, transformation, and routing.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure optimal performance of Siebel applications.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Siebel applications, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation.

- Upgrades and Migrations : Participate in Siebel upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transition and compatibility with existing systems and processes.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators, to deliver high-quality Siebel solutions.

- Stay Updated : Stay abreast of the latest Siebel updates, patches, and enhancements, and apply them to enhance our Siebel applications and services.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7 to 12 years of experience working with Siebel CRM, with a focus on Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, and EAI.

- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Object Explorer, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Repository.

- Strong understanding of Siebel Configuration, including business components, applets, views, and workflows.

- Experience with Siebel Scripting languages, including Siebel eScript and Siebel VB.

- Knowledge of Siebel EAI components, including Integration Objects, Workflow Processes, and EAI Adapters.

- Experience with Siebel data model, schema, and database architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Siebel Certification(s) such as Siebel Business Analyst, Siebel Developer, or Siebel Administrator, is a plus.
