Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in healthcare marketing. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances, implementing medico-marketing initiatives, and organizing professional events to enhance our clinic's presence and foster trust within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute healthcare-specific marketing strategies to promote clinic services.
Create and manage educational content for healthcare professionals and potential patients.
Work closely with medical teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with clinical expertise and compliance standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify and execute strategic tie-ups to expand referral networks.
Design and implement tailored engagement programs to build trust and loyalty among doctors.
Regularly provide updates on clinic innovations, success stories, and patient outcomes to referral doctors.
Organize interactive sessions, feedback forums, and recognition programs to strengthen relationships.
Plan, organize, and oversee CME events, workshops, and seminars to engage healthcare professionals.
Liaise with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to deliver impactful sessions.
Ensure events comply with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze market trends and patient demographics to identify new opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest tactical approaches for differentiation.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
Manage digital and offline campaigns to increase the clinic’s outreach.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, partnership outcomes, and ROI metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development, preferably in fertility/IVF or specialty clinics.
Proven track record of organizing CME events and building strategic healthcare partnerships.
Strong understanding of medico-marketing principles and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
