Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (UA, ASO & Paid Advertising)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in User Acquisition (UA), App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO, and Paid Advertising. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving user growth, optimizing campaigns, and improving ROI across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective User Acquisition strategies across multiple ad networks.

* Plan and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to maximize app visibility and downloads.

* Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other leading ad networks (e.g., Unity, TikTok, IronSource).

* Continuously analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.

* Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new advertising opportunities.

* Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize growth.

Requirements:

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in UA, ASO, SEO, and Paid Advertising (mobile apps preferred).

* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.

* track record of driving growth and achieving ROI targets.

* Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Google Analytics).

* Hands-on experience in campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

* Must be open to working onsite from our Indore office.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the mobile gaming or app industry.

* Familiarity with organic and paid UA funnels.

* Knowledge of emerging ad platforms and UA trends.
