Job Description:Acquire new customers /HNI / Family office / Corporate Clients / AIF – PMSBuild broking commissions and simultaneously build client assets under management (AUM)Maintain contacts with HNI and to keep them up date with market information, to ensure better relationshipCross-sell Commodities broking, PMS, Insurance & MF in partnership with Financial Advisor of PWM unitEnsure client portfolios are regularly maintained to guide clients on their positionsEnsure customer calling (outbound) is actively done to share ideas, research views & technical views to build volumesEnsure all CAT A customers are met once a fortnight and CAT B once a month and CAT C once a quarterParticipate in the research/analyst meetings to gain fundamental knowledge and data pointsEnsure the customer base is widened to have lesser dependencies on few customers

Result Area:Build diversified client base (Cash, F&O, Futures)Build Client AUMsRevenue ParametersMin – 3 x CTCIncentive starts once the revenue crosses 3 x CTC
