Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Family Offices, Corporate Clients, and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) - PMS.
  • Build broking commissions while simultaneously increasing client assets under management (AUM).
  • Maintain relationships with HNIs and keep them updated on market information to foster strong connections.
  • Cross-sell commodities broking, portfolio management services (PMS), insurance, and mutual funds in partnership with financial advisors from the PWM unit.
  • Regularly review client portfolios and provide guidance on investment positions.
  • Engage in proactive customer calling (outbound) to share ideas, research views, and technical insights to drive business growth.
  • Meet with Category A customers every fortnight, Category B customers once a month, and Category C customers quarterly.
  • Participate in research and analyst meetings to enhance fundamental knowledge and gather data points.
  • Expand the customer base to reduce dependence on a few key clients.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Build a diversified client base across cash, futures, and options markets.
  • Increase Client AUMs.
  • Meet revenue targets, with a minimum of three times the candidate's compensation package.
  • Incentives will be triggered once revenue surpasses three times the candidate's compensation package.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
