This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.What you will be doing:Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions, and following up implementations of those such as Berlin Group Nextgen PSD2Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.Undertake market research, collate feature recommendations from clients and build a pipeline of requirements.Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.Provide support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.What we are looking for:Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant fieldExperience with PSD2 and Berlin Group Nextgen PSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementationsUnderstanding Clients’ use cases and advise most suitable integration practicesManaging the full implementation cycle end-to-end, to the point they launchComfortable in delivering technical presentations & product demonstrations to prospective clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsWhat we are offering:Performance-Linked Bonus: Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed Enjoy a performance-linked bonus as a testament to your dedicationRewards Beyond the Job: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program, and Online Psychological Support.
