Our client is a profitable global SaaS player in the customer engagement domain. This is a remote-first company.
Job Description
As the VP of Global Sales, the incumbent will be responsible for the global PnL, consulting the CEO on areas of growth and mentoring the global team. He/ She should be a leader, who doesn't shy away from taking risks and someone who has cracked US sales in their previous organizations.
Lead, mentor, and grow the global sales team to meet revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with key customers. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends in the CX sector. Manage high-level negotiations for contracts with partners and customers.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience in SaaS product sales, and experience leading the US sales team ( must have). Great stability and proven track record of creating strategies and execution of the same Team builder: The candidate should come with experience building and scaling teams, and should have worked in a scaled organization ( > 50 mil ARR) Willingness to work in the US timezone ( and other time zones as per requirement)
