Job Description
We are seeking an
Application Developer
with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer to develop, maintain, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to enterprise processes and platform best practices for campaign and journey development.
  • Manage journey and campaign lifecycle: build, coordinate testing, optimize, release, and report.
  • Support data and segmentation development in AEP, including XDM updates, data transformations, and audience segmentation.
  • Build journeys and campaigns in AJO using data sources, events, conditions, actions, and reporting features.
  • Support email creative content build-out in AJO using templates, structures, containers, fragments, personalization, , and AJO offer decisioning features for advanced use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns and journeys.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through AEP and AJO reporting tools.

Profile Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AEP, AJO, and Adobe Analytics (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of journey orchestration, segmentation, and campaign management.
  • Experience in email content personalization, template management, and decisioning logic.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks ) for dynamic content handling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
