UDDYAM-PAHSUS Foundation, an Incubation Center established in October 2019 at Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University in Solapur, Maharashtra, fosters innovation by supporting technology-based and rural startups. The center promotes an entrepreneurial mindset and provides a nurturing ecosystem for growth through guidance, mentoring, physical space, and funding networks. Supported by the Maharashtra State Innovation Society and the Government of Maharashtra, the Incubation Center is dedicated to developing scientific, social, and rural entrepreneurship.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur for an Assistant Manager – Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance entrepreneurial skills, providing mentorship and support to startups, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting workshops and training sessions. The role also involves managing the incubation center's day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with the center's core themes and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in skill development, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem
  • Proficiency in program development, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of funding and grant opportunities for startups
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Familiarity with rural and technology-based startups is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
