Job Title: Horticulture & Plant Science SpecialistLocation: KuwaitExperience Required: 3 to 5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional with a solid foundation in plant science, horticulture, soil and fertiliser management, and landscaping. This role blends hands-on horticultural knowledge with client-facing and leadership responsibilities. You will be managing indoor plant installations, nursery operations, garden projects, and offering expert consultancy to clients on plant care and landscaping solutions.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage indoor plant care, nursery operations, and landscaping projectsConduct assessments and provide recommendations on soil management and fertilizer usageDesign and maintain landscapes for commercial and residential propertiesServe as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and technical adviceLead and train junior staff, gardeners, and field workersOversee procurement and inventory of plants, seeds, fertilizers, and toolsMonitor plant health and apply pest/disease management techniquesPrepare and present project proposals, timelines, and maintenance schedulesWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams on project executionStay updated with the latest trends in plant science, botany, and sustainable gardeningQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields3–5 years of hands-on experience in indoor plants, gardening, landscaping, or nursery managementStrong knowledge of soil types, fertilisers, and plant health managementExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProven leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to handle project planning and operational tasksComfortable working in Kuwait’s climate and environmentStrong organizational and documentation skillsLanguage skills: English (required), Arabic (a plus)Preferred Experience:Working with indoor and tropical plants in GCC countriesFamiliarity with irrigation systems and hydroponicsExposure to both residential and commercial landscape projectsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceAccommodation and transportation (if applicable)Opportunity to work with a leading horticultural company in KuwaitProfessional development and trainingSupportive and dynamic work environment
