Job Description


Sprng Energy, a member of the Shell Group, is a renewable energy platform operating in India since February 2017, having cumulative contracted capacity of 3.05GWp, across India, of which 2.2GWp is operational.


Land Manager/Executive will be responsible for the following activities with respect to Land Procurement for private, revenue land.


  • Preparation of list of land documents needed like Preparation of family Tree, Identification of Land owner, Title search, etc.


  • Preparatory work for Land registration: Collection of Documents of last 30 years (minimum), Collection of Survey related maps/documents, verify documents for purchase and Customer transfer, preparing agreements from the legal perspective, do laid down procedures / fine tuning the same now and then, Proper handling of documents and record


  • Customer Interface: Clarifying legal queries raised by customer / Bankers, arranging for relevant documents required by customer to satisfy bank and other legal requirements, Support for other Land legal matters as and when required, Coordination with in team regarding changes / amendment, uploading of complete documents post registration in the portal to ensure 100% Quality & Safety standard are met in line with QHSE team.


  • Comply with ‘Shell HSSE’ requirements & follow the same at site.


  • The service is not limited to wind department and may be extended to solar department as well. You shall be catering to all Project/Operational sites within Sprng Portfolio.
