Job Responsibility
**Reports to**: Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing
**Job Purpose**:
To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase the brand awareness, client acquisition, and overall digital footprint of the company in the stock broking industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Manage the performance of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with stock market events, trading seasons, and product launches.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create and curate relevant and timely content tailored to different audiences (retail investors, HNIs, traders).
- Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build a strong customer following.
- **Lead Generation & Nurturing**:
- Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels such as paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Optimize landing pages and lead generation forms to maximize conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.
- Measure KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
- Use data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- **SEO & SEM**:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages for SEO to increase organic search rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns and perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Increase in website traffic and engagement (measured through metrics such as sessions, bounce rate, and time on site).
- Growth in social media followers and engagement rate.
- Improvement in search engine rankings for relevant stock broking keywords.
- Number of quality leads generated per month and conversion rates.
- Cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) for paid marketing campaigns.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and other marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or stock broking industry. Proven track record of successful lead generation and digital campaign management.
