A Retail industry is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Traditional & Digital to plan and execute both online and offline marketing strategies for our retail business. The role focuses on increasing footfall, brand visibility, customer engagement and sales through integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms and traditional channels such as print, events, outdoor ads and in-store promotions. Key Responsibilities Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (Traditional + Digital) Plan and manage digital campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, WhatsApp Marketing) Handle offline marketing activities (newspaper ads, hoardings, flyers, events, roadshows, in-store promotions) Increase store walk-ins and brand awareness Coordinate with designers, vendors, media partners and agencies Analyze campaign performance using reports and analytics tools Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking Work closely with Sales & Operations teams Create and manage seasonal offers, festival campaigns & product launches Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels Requirements Required Skill Sets Traditional Marketing Skills ATL / BTL marketing strategy Newspaper & magazine advertising Outdoor branding (Hoardings, banners, pamphlets) Event & roadshow coordination In-store promotions / merchandising Vendor & media management Digital Marketing Skills Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Google Ads / Display Ads / YouTube Ads SEO / SEM Email & WhatsApp Marketing Basic content & campaign strategy Website & landing page management Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) Qualification Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience: 5 +years in marketing (Retail / FMCG preferred) Experience in handling both traditional and digital platforms is mandatory Benefits #MarketingManager #RetailMarketing #DigitalMarketingJobs #TraditionalMarketing #MaduraiJobs #RetailJobs #BrandManager #HiringNow #MarketingJobs #RetailCareers #DigitalAndTraditional
