Job Brief: This is an exciting opportunity for fresher's and early-career professionals who are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. The role requires handling customer queries over calls, ensuring smooth resolutions, and delivering an excellent service experience in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Position – Customer Support / Voice Process

Location –Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Experience– 0 – 2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone.
  • Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
