Job Title: Deputy General Manager – Project Unit

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to lead our Project Unit , overseeing a regional team of project managers and engineers. This role is pivotal in driving successful project execution aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations across India and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Empower Teams: Build and nurture a high-performing, engaged team through effective leadership, coaching, and professional development.
  • Establish Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain robust project management processes and standards, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
  • Ensure Delivery and Satisfaction: Oversee project execution to meet internal and external commitments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Guide financial planning and risk management to ensure alignment with business targets.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure consistent achievement of project delivery benchmarks and quality expectations.
Scope & Impact

Lead a regional team of approximately 10 project managers and engineers, directly responsible for project business success in India and Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
    PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
