About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join Recro, cutting-edge team working on the development of an enterprise portal. This role involves building intuitive UIs, integrating with a robust backend platform, and contributing to the product's overall user experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work on Configuration Manager features and consume services from a strong backend platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop clean, efficient, and scalable user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to consume and integrate APIs from a highly scalable backend platform.
  • Work on configuration management and portal features that enhance user experience.
  • Write well-structured and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for web applications.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools and code versioning tools (e.g., Webpack, Git).
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring UI/UX design accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.


Preferred Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer, ideally in mid-level product companies
  • Previous experience in enterprise portal development or working with configuration management systems.
  • Experience working in remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Interview Process:

  • Round 1: Simple Coding (React + JavaScript fundamentals).
  • Round 2: Logical Thinking / Problem-Solving.
