Role Description
housekeeping room attendance and marble polisher

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in the hotel industry, located in Domkal. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional duties include coordinating with various hotel departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently on a daily basis.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and conflicts professionally
• Familiarity with reservation software and general office software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
