Our mission is to empower healthier lifestyles through smart technology, personalized recommendations, and seamless integration of wellness initiatives.Role Overview:Drive new business through targeted outbound outreach and prospecting.Engage warm accounts handed over by marketing and convert leads into qualified opportunities.Book meetings, nurture prospects, and ensure a smooth handoff to sales.Own pipeline generation and consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and prospect new accounts to build the top-of-funnel pipeline.Outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.Follow up with warm leads from marketing.Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision-makers.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing.Requirements:2+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales or SDR roles.Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Case Study Assignment – Required for ApplicationAll applicants must complete the following assignment and submit by Monday, October 6th to be considered for the role:Assignment: Outbound Sales Workflow & Process SetupCreate a simple slide deck (5–8 slides) and be ready to present it briefly in a follow-up call.Your presentation should cover:Outbound Workflow Overview – describe your ideal outbound workflow for engaging new prospects (cold & warm), from research and targeting to qualification and handoff.Tools & Technology – list prospecting, outreach, and tracking tools you would use at each stage, and explain your choices.Sales Process to Prevent Drop-Off – outline steps to ensure no qualified prospect slips through the cracks, and how you’d manage follow-ups and reminders.Handoff & Collaboration with Sales – explain how you ensure a smooth transition from SDR to
