Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure brand partnership opportunities for represented celebritiesNegotiate contracts and ensure favourable terms for both the celebrity and partnering brandsManage relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry contactsOversee the execution of brand partnerships and sponsorship dealsTravel with celebrities to oversee brand-related events when necessaryProvide regular reports on partnership performance and market opportunitiesCollaborate with the Celebrity Account Manager to ensure alignment with the celebrity's overall brand strategy
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or related rolesProven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnershipsStrong network within the brand and advertising industryExcellent negotiation and communication skillsUnderstanding of contract law and intellectual property rightsWillingness to travel as required
