What you will do Implement a structured business plan, focusing on the efficient sourcing of new vacancies suitable for DES clients across assigned areas Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Disability Employment Sector, including employers, government agencies, community groups, and healthcare providers Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and grow portfolio of disability friendly employers Provide Post placement support to employers for placed clients to achieve sustainable outcome Monitor and report on key performance indicators for business development, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share Work in collaboration with Brand & Engagement to elevate Affords Disability Employment Services brand, ensuring that all marketing and communication activities align with Affords values and mission Participate in the organisation's internal audit program and proactively ensure corrective actions are completed. What you will bring Demonstrated experience in business development and or relationship management within the Disability or Human Services Sector, with developed industry and employer networks Certificate III/IV in Disability Services or higher, or Certificate III/IV in Employment services with extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in case management and experience working in the Disability of Huan Services Sector Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team; contribute to the team achieving goals and outcomes Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPIs A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation. Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a ‘C’ class driver’s license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
