Job Title :- HRBP Executive Location :- Delhi Experience :- 2-3 years Job Type :- Full-time Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced HRBP Executive to join our team in Delhi. As an HRBPExecutive, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders andemployees, driving business outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.You will be a key member of the HR team, working closely with business stakeholders to identifyand address talent management, employee engagement, and organizational developmentneeds.Key Responsibilities: ● Business Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talentmanagement needs, develop HR strategies, and implement solutions to drive businessoutcomes. ● Talent Management : Support the development and implementation of talentmanagement programs, including recruitment, performance management, successionplanning, and employee development.● Employee Engagement : Design and implement employee engagement initiatives toimprove employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.● Organizational Development : Support organizational change initiatives, includingrestructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.● HR Operations : Provide support on HR operations, including employee datamanagement, benefits administration, and compliance.● Analytics and Reporting : Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leadersto inform business decisions.● Communication : Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs toemployees and stakeholders.Requirements:● Education : MBA in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.● Experience : 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.
