Organisation seeks a resource who can join us in Legal team.
The incumbent must understand dynamics of this function / space and has worked with large scale organization to conduct below job responsibilities:
 Conducting extensive due diligence for acquiring companies/properties
 Drafting collaboration agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Loan Agreements, Banking documents, related party agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Long Term Lease deed etc. Other documents including non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding etc.
 Contract Management: negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements / documents covering financial, commercial, information technology, HR related contracts
 Intellectual Property Rights: Protection of all intellectual property rights of the company by registration
 Identifying the relevant IP of the company post discussions with stakeholder and filing for registration
 Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters
REQUIREMENT: An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits:  LLB with experience in Corporate Legal department
 12-13 years of experience in relevant areas (Acquisition, Mergers, Joint Venture, Collaboration) with 4-6 years (current/previous) of experience in a Law Firm is mandatory
