We’re Hiring: Senior Database Administrator (DBA) | Premium Client OpportunityOne of our premium clients is looking for an experienced Senior DBA to join their team and ensure the stability, performance, and security of enterprise-level data systems supporting financial services platforms.Locations: Bengaluru & HyderabadExperience: 7+ YearsWork Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM (Rotational Shifts)Work Mode: HybridInterview Mode: VirtualShare your profile at: Required SkillsDBA | NoSQL | Cosmos DB | SQL ServerKey Responsibilities- Administer and optimize relational and NoSQL databases across environments.- Design and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.- Monitor and fine-tune database performance, resolving bottlenecks proactively.- Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD and automation initiatives.- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2).- Support scalability and capacity planning for high-volume transactional systems.- Maintain comprehensive database documentation and support incident response.Qualifications- 7+ years of database administration experience.- Strong expertise in SQL Server and Cosmos DB (or other NoSQL systems).- Hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, Aurora, Redshift).- Proficiency in SQL, PL/pgSQL, and performance tuning.- Familiar with Terraform, CloudFormation, and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Redgate.- Knowledge of data replication, HA configurations, and security auditing.- Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.Interested?
