Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team If you have a passion for social media, a flair for content creation, and a love for the hospitality, this is the perfect role for you. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating and managing all social media content, engaging with our audience, and driving our online presence to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the lounge.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
Collaborate with the events and promotions team to promote upcoming events, specials, and new offerings.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality visual content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to capture the lounge's vibe.
Passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of current trends in the lounge/bar scene.
