At our innovative advertising agency, you’ll be at the forefront of managing social media platforms and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Strategy & Management: Develop and execute ad strategies, manage budgets, and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Client Collaborations: Secure Instagram Live collaborations and speaking engagements.
  • Project Management: Keep timelines on track, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain effective communication across teams.
  • Research & Analytics: Conduct research on industry trends, analyze performance metrics like engagement and conversions, and provide insightful reports.
  • Content Creation Coordination: Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, on-time content.
  • Campaign Planning & Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaign ideas and detailed execution plans.
  • SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Implement SEO-friendly content and hashtag strategies to improve organic growth and visibility.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and foster strong relationships with audiences by engaging actively on social platforms.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify influencers, manage relationships, and explore partnership opportunities for collaborations.
  • Crisis Management: Help manage negative feedback and crises with thoughtful, strategic responses.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Building: Create and implement strategies that generate leads and guide audiences through the sales funnel.
  • Client Liaison: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution of their campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, ad strategy, and project management.
  • Proficiency with platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools and analytics.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
