We are hiring for the position of Sr. Executive – Accounts . The desired candidate would be someone with hands-on experience in monitoring and analysing overdue bills receivables, tracking inventory movement, and reporting on non-moving inventories. The incumbent would also need to ensure adherence to working capital policies, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate must have at least 4+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry.


This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Overdue Bills and Receivables Management: Monitor, analyse, and report on overdue bills receivables and other outstanding recoverable to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.
  • inventory Monitoring and Non-Moving Stock Reporting: Oversee the movement of inventory and provide detailed reports on non-moving or slow-moving stock to optimize inventory levels.
  • Working Capital Policy Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to working capital policies, procedures, and guidelines while actively monitoring their implementation for financial efficiency.
  • Report Preparation and Process Improvement: Prepare comprehensive reports, identify key areas for financial improvement, and suggest actionable insights to enhance operational and financial performance.
  • Cross-Divisional Coordination for Operational Efficiency: Collaborate effectively with various divisions to facilitate seamless workflows and ensure operational efficiency across departments.


Experience & Skills:


  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry is required for this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
