Location: Bangalore  Experience: 1–4 years  Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior o9 Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain Planning practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in digital supply chain transformation and enterprise planning platforms like o9 Solutions. As a Junior Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of o9-based planning solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and integrated business planning processes. Key Responsibilities Work on o9 platform implementations supply planning Participate in requirement gathering sessions , user workshops, and solution design discussions. Perform data analysis, mapping, validation, and transformation activities. Extensive hands on in configuring the o9 platform based on functional requirements and client needs. Execute test scenarios, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues in coordination with senior consultants. Develop training materials and support end-user training. Stay updated on o9’s latest features, best practices, and supply chain industry trends . Desired Skills & Experience 1–4 years of experience in supply chain planning / enterprise planning / analytics roles (consulting or industry background preferred). Work on  o9 Solutions platform and exposure to  other supply chain planning tools (like Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan) is a plus. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts — demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP. Good hands-on skills in data analysis (Excel, SQL, or Python preferred) . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment .
