Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration - Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. - Configure o9 modules such as: - Demand Planning - Supply Planning - Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) - Control Tower - Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language). - Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support - Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues. - Perform manual and automated data uploads. - Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy. - Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics. - Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand/supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization). - Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data modelling. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Notice Period: Immediate - 60 days Preferred Skills: o9 Platform certification (e.G., Technical Configuration Level II,DP-SP Reference Model). - Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
