We are looking Accounts Associate for our Noida office. In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounting, finance, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting software.
  • Prepare financial statements in line with Schedule III requirements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and prepare MIS reports within deadlines.
  • Support accounting and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries.
  • Handle GST return filing and prepare data for annual return filings.
  • Assist with other statutory compliances as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Zoho ERP systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
