Accounts Associate

We are looking Accounts Associate for our Noida office. In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounting, finance, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare financial statements in line with Schedule III requirements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and prepare MIS reports within deadlines.
- Support accounting and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries.
- Handle GST return filing and prepare data for annual return filings.
- Assist with other statutory compliances as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Zoho ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
