Job Summary

As an Associate Business Development Manager at our company, you will lead our efforts to expand our international client base in the software sales sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in international markets and expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth across international markets.2. Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extensively to identify potential clients, engage with key decision-makers, and manage customer relationships effectively.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor and deliver IT solutions that meet the specific needs of global clients.4. Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, utilizing both connection requests and InMail strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.5. Monitor trends and feedback from international markets to continuously improve sales strategies and adapt to changing client needs.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, with a strong emphasis on international business development.3. Expertise in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as primary tools for sales and client relationship management.4. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to a diverse client base.5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships.

1. Multilingual abilities, to better communicate with international clients.2. Experience in strategic planning and sales execution in a competitive international market.
