Senior Information Technology Manager

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals, including technology roadmaps, budgeting, and resource allocation.·
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and quality standards.·
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.·
System Management:
Ensure the integrity, availability, and security of IT systems, including trading platforms, back-office applications, and client interfaces.·
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA) and internal policies, implementing risk management practices to mitigate potential IT-related risks.·
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.·
Technology Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client service.·
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments (e.g., trading, compliance, finance) to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.Qualifications:·
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications.·
Experience:
Minimum of 15 of experience in IT management, with a focus on the financial services or stockbroking sector.·
Technical Skills:
Proficient in trading platforms, back-office systems, cybersecurity measures, and IT infrastructure management.·
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.·
Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.·
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
