Job Description – Sales Engineer (Material Handling Division)
Position Title: Sales Engineer – Material Handling
Industry: Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Truck-Mounted Cranes, AWP)
Company Profile: We are the authorized dealers for Bobcat Forklifts, Palfinger Truck-Mounted Cranes, Zoomlion Aerial Work Platforms, and Doosan Forklifts, offering complete sales, service, and spares support.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)
Experience: 2–6 years in material handling/construction equipment sales (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell forklifts, truck-mounted cranes, and aerial work platforms to industrial, logistics, warehousing, and infrastructure customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, rental companies, and EPC contractors.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned products and regions.
- Conduct product demos and site visits to showcase capabilities.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Coordinate with finance/leasing institutions for customer funding support.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide competitor insights and report on market trends.
- Work closely with service and spare parts teams to ensure strong after-sales support.

- Technical knowledge of forklifts, cranes, and lifting equipment.
- Sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Market mapping and competitor analysis.
