Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to join our team as a Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and teaching, with a passion for educating and mentoring students aspiring to become CPAs. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive CPA exam preparation courses, including lectures, hands-on training, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Design and develop CPA exam preparation materials, including course outlines, study guides, practice exams, and other instructional resources.- Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lectures and training sessions covering all CPA exam sections (Auditing and Attestation, Business Environment and Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Regulation).- Student Support: Provide personalized support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and offering guidance on exam strategies and study plans.- Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.- Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and developments in the CPA profession and incorporate relevant information into the training program.- Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members, academic staff, and the administration to ensure the overall effectiveness of the CPA program.- Mentorship: Mentor and guide students through their CPA journey, helping them achieve their certification goals.

Qualifications:

- Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.- Skills:- Strong knowledge of CPA exam content and requirements.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
