We are a subsidiary of SHV Energy a 125yearoldDutch multinational.pany Purpose of theJob:The Risk and Control Manager atSunSource Energy will play a key part in establishing andmaintaining the risk management and internal control framework. AsRisk and Control Manager you are part of the second line of defensesupporting the business to become and stay in control byidentifying risks potential control gaps and advising andsupporting with process and control improvements. The Risk andControl manager will also coordinate internal controlselfassessments with the control owners as part of the semiannualcontrol selfassessment process. The results will be reported byRisk and Control manager to SunSource management and to SHV Energyhead officeGive a brief summary of what your companydoes
Rolesand responsibilities: The role andresponsibilities are broad and include but are not limited to:Assisting senior Project Finance team with various tasks involvedin raising project finance for various solar power plantsimplemented by the SSE Group. These involve Financial Closure LoanSanction Lender Due Diligence Financial Modelling CreditInformation Memorandum Loan Disbursement Compliances Term Loans andWorking Capital Loanmanagement
KeyResponsibilities Strong knowledge ofworking and flow of Financial Models Coordinating with various internal teams to close Lender s duediligence / project appraisal for new debt raise and projectfinancing and managing reporting requirements of existing Loanfacilities. Drafting skills forLetters/correspondence to Lenders FulfillingPreDisbursement Compliances such as arranging and sharing Projectdocuments like PPA LTOA BPWA O&M Agreement withLenders Fulfilling Post Disbursement LoanCompliances such Creation of Security (CHG1 Pledge of Shares andDSRA) and mortgage RBI Annexure1 RBI Annexure3 FSMTL Debtor AgeingReports for Banks / Lenders basic knowledge of Companies Actrelating to Security creation in favour of Lenders Release ofsecurity (CHG4) etc. Coordinating andGathering Information from internal departments for Lender DD andCredit Rating surveillances. Ensuring timelyDebt Servicing Coordinate with F&Ateam for TRA Account Management
Maintaining MIS and reports for various LoanFacilities Calculation of FinancialCovenants/Ratios such as Debt Service Coverage Ratio Fixed AssetCoverage Ratio Net Worth to Debt etc.Sending monthly No Default Statements (NDS) to Credit RatingAgencies Coordinating and arranging SiteVisits of Lenders and their ConsultantsProcessing Invoices/bills of Lenders andtheir consultants in timelymanner
