Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment. -Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work-Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education-May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise -Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression-Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts-Develops competence by performing structured work assignments-Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems-Receives instruction, guidance and direction from othersFunctional Knowledge:-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplinesBusiness Expertise:-Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experienceLeadership:-No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contributionProblem Solving:-Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsImpact:-Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlinesInterpersonal Skills:-Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understandingTech Stack - REACT, HTML, We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
