Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the paint industry. This is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesSelf-motivated and target-driven mindsetProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel within the assigned territory

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the paint industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersProvide product knowledge and technical support to customersConduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our luxury paintsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issuesPrepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to managementStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditionsAttend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products
