Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Networks Manager to join our team at RM Skytech Puducherry. As a Networks Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This is a full-time position located in Puducherry, Puducherry, India, and the ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in network management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 15 years of experience in network management
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and networking principles and protocols
  • Experience in server installation and maintenance
  • Expertise in firewall configuration and management
  • Familiarity with data security standards, such as BCMS and ISMS
  • Proven experience in network security and implementation of security measures
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure
  • Manage network hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Ensure network security and data protection by implementing and enforcing best practices and policies
  • Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize network operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
  • Manage and lead a team of network administrators and technicians
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in network technology
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and end-users
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
