You are Responsible for

• Establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances and quality issues.
• Training and mentoring team members on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

• A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and present findings clearly.
