Job Title: Technical Lead .NETPrimary Skill: C# Dotnet Core Web API Angular JS /React JS/VUE JSand AWSExperience: 10yearsResponsibilities: As a Tech Lead .NET yourdaytoday work activities will be as follows:
  • Manage a team of developers and QAsat project level
  • Engage with customer andaddress their needs and concerns related to the solutionsimplemented.
  • Acknowledge the issues and elicitall the details to gain comprehensive understanding of customer sask.
  • Provide the required technofunctionalguidance and support by gaining indepth understanding of customer sbusiness ecosystem and existing solutions implemented in terms ofcapabilities functionalities and constraints.
  • Analyze and address issues that need immediateremedy. Troubleshoot and identify the issues quickly. Have anoverall understanding of typical issues that occur in the solutionand develop patterns around reported issues.
  • Engage and collaborate with team and ensureseamless transition of work.
  • Buildtechnofunctional teams that support new and ongoing implementationsof solutions.
  • Be creative and suggest optimalsolutions and workarounds where applicable; Apply analytical skillsand assess the impact of customer needs; Assess business prioritiesand accordingly prioritize customer needs etc.
  • Estimations for technical tasks incollaboration with offshore teams considering all the activitiesinvolved and associated risks/challenges
Requirements: Candidates are required to havethese mandatory skills:
  • 10 years oftechnical experience with at least 3 years in insurance product orservice implementations
  • Experience in workingon cloud enabled independent applications and systems using .Netand opensource technologies.
  • Goodunderstanding and expertise in Angular/React JS/VUE JS.
  • Experience in JavaScript jQuery HTML and CSS.
  • Strong technical expertise and work experiencein .Net .Net Core & C#
  • Goodunderstanding in WebAPI REST and HTTP protocols.
  • Exposure to Devops Technologies andcomponents.
  • Strong database SQL Server skills.
  • Strong penchant for understanding of insurancedomain and operations
  • Ability to understandcustomer business and thereby assess the criticality of their needsand requests
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Strong analytical andProblemsolving skills.
  • Good Communication andpersuasive skills.
  • Manage and mentor juniorteam members.
