Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of proven experience running ads for fashion brands. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns to deliver maximum ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager for fashion/lifestyle brands
Conduct deep audience research, campaign structuring, and budget allocation
Optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS and performance benchmarks
Prepare and analyze reports with actionable insights for scaling
Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and performance creatives
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads (specifically for fashion/e-commerce brands)
Proven record of scaling brands profitably with solid ROAS
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion API, and tracking
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)
