Meta Ads Specialist – Fashion Brands

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (On-site)Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)About Us:We are a performance marketing agency dedicated to helping fashion and lifestyle brands scale profitably through paid advertising and creative strategies.Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of proven experience running ads for fashion brands. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns to deliver maximum ROI for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager for fashion/lifestyle brands - Conduct deep audience research, campaign structuring, and budget allocation - Optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS and performance benchmarks - Prepare and analyze reports with actionable insights for scaling - Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and performance creatives - Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, industry trends, and best practicesRequirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads (specifically for fashion/e-commerce brands) - Proven record of scaling brands profitably with solid ROAS - Strong knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion API, and tracking - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills - Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)What We Offer:- Competitive salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on expertise) - Opportunity to work with fashion & lifestyle brands, including international clients - Fast-growth environment with learning and career development - On-site role at our office in Dwarka, New Delhi
