With innovation and learner success at the core, Unacademy is redefining how India learns—one lesson at a time.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from strategy and vision to execution and measurable impact. You will drive learner-facing innovations as well as internal tools that enhance user experience, engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency. The role demands a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, business, and marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefining and executing the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Leveraging market insights, user research, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.Launching and scaling learner-facing features to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.Driving innovations leveraging AI, gamification, and payments for adoption and conversions.Optimizing the end-to-end user journey for satisfaction and long-term value.Building and improving internal tools that enhance sales, operations, and support efficiency.Implementing automation and intelligent workflows for lead management and conversions.Translating vision into detailed requirements and collaborate with design/engineering for delivery.Defining success metrics, tracking performance, and iterating quickly.What We are Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably from a Tier 1 institution.4–8 years of product management experience in EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, or Consumer Tech with proven track record of building and scaling consumer products with measurable results.Experience with digital payments, lending, or monetization flows will be ideal.Strong experience with internal sales/productivity tools and data-driven optimization.Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL or equivalent analytical tools.Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.Certifications in Product Management is a plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity to build products that impact millions of learners at scale.Ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle with autonomy to drive outcomes.A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.Competitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities.
