Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Zoho Administrator with at least 2 year of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Zoho One suite, ensuring its effective utilization across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Optimize Zoho Applications:
Manage user accounts, security settings, and data governance within Zoho applications (Desk, CRM, Projects, Books, Recruitment, Expenses, People).
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Conduct regular data backups and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Enhance User Experience:
  • Collaborate with teams to understand needs and implement solutions through customizations and basic workflows
  • Develop and maintain basic workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho applications.
  • Provide User Support: Stay informed about Zoho updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new Zoho applications or features as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of Zoho configurations and processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for technical support when necessary.
  • Liaise with Zoho Support for issue resolution

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Zoho Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in core Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Expenses, Recruit, People, Desk).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new Zoho features and functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Administrator) in core Zoho applications is a plus.
