Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Location: Chattarpur, Delhi (On-site)

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

About Us

Code to Couture is a growing fashion-tech and marketing company at the intersection of creativity and strategy. We work with designers, brands, and creators to build compelling narratives and deliver impactful business results. As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic Human Resource Associate to strengthen our people operations and help shape a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date.
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and workplace support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred (internship experience also considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools will be an added advantage.
