The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and data-driven Ads Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, targeting audiences in India, the UK, and the UAE. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, attract visitors, and generate interest in Chokhi Dhani's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as increased website traffic, restaurant reservations, or event registrations.
- Oversee multiple advertising accounts for India, UK, and UAE markets, ensuring effective targeting, budget allocation, and campaign performance optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify travel and cultural tourism trends in India, the UK, and UAE, and tailor advertising strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with Chokhi Dhani's overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets for cost efficiency and a high return on investment (ROI).
- Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and digital marketing for travel and tourism.
- Craft compelling ad copy that captures the essence of Chokhi Dhani's offerings and resonates with target audiences across different cultures.
- Work with the design team to create visually stunning ad visuals that showcase the beauty and vibrancy of Chokhi Dhani.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Ads Manager or a similar role with a proven track record of successful campaigns in the travel and tourism industry (or a relevant field).
- Experience managing multiple advertising accounts, including experience with international campaigns (UK and UAE).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and/or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly cultural tourism.
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the travel and tourism industry.
