About Us: We are a top-tier digital marketing agency working with high-profile clients and managing large-scale advertising campaigns. Our focus is on optimizing ad performance and maximizing ROI for campaigns with budgets exceeding $300k per month.

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing multiple high-budget advertising accounts, ensuring each campaign delivers optimal performance. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to fine-tune strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize multiple advertising accounts with budgets of $300k+/month.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly communicate insights and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, algorithms, and platform changes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale advertising accounts (preferably agency-side).
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns with budgets of $300k+ per month.
  • Strong expertise in platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
