Scope of the role:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various IT positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibility and Activities:
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Management: Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.
- Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
- Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
