We're looking for the Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and strong attention to detail in maintaining financial records and ensuring timely reporting. What you will deliver Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and financial data for management review. Manage client invoicing , payment tracking, and follow-up for timely collections. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. Perform client and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS , and other statutory requirements. Record and maintain accounting entries in Tally ERP . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Assist in bank reconciliations , fund flow management, and expense monitoring. Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and clients for finance-related queries. Who You Are Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting ( B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance). 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations. Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS, AP & AR, and reconciliation processes . Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience in MIS reporting and client billing preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
